There’s a whole series of people who are now becoming addicted to drugs. Once they’re addicted they’re into that chain, they’re into that inevitable chain. The Biden anti-crime bills are the toughest in a decade to pass the Senate. They bring all federal agencies, from the FBI to the defense department, into a direct attack upon illicit drugs. You know the decisions that kids are having to make now. What happens if we don’t deal with a drug problem? If we delay it? We delay it, we put people into it. Delaware’s own, Joe Biden.
